Brandwise Samples Policy

Purchasing promotional products online can be tricky. Not all products are created equal. We recognise that sometimes you need to actually see a sample before ordering. Brandwise will gladly send you samples on request, however we do have some requirements that, as a courtesy, we will ask you to meet . . .

 

Due to the costs involved (We have to pay all suppliers for samples) and the volume of requests that we receive:

1. We ask that you shop around first. Compare products and prices. If you would then like to proceed to an an order but first need to check the quality of the item, we are happy to provide samples for inspection.

2. In order to protect ourselves the maximum dollar value is $20 or two types of any one style of product. All samples are free of charge as long as they are returned in ‘as new’ condition and in original packaging (where they were supplied this way) within a 10 day period, failing which they will be billed out to you at the 100 unit rate.

3. High value articles may need to be purchased. These include some higher value clothing, bags, name brand pens etc. We'll advise you at the time.

3. Where more than two types of any one style of product, or the total sum of samples exceeds $20, we require payment at the 100 units rate. We will gladly credit this back if an order is placed and samples are returned. Please note that the credit will only apply to those items ordered and returned. Any other items not ordered are non returnable for a credit.

Thank you for your understanding. We hope you will appreciate why this is necessary. While we absolutely want to make obtaining samples as easy as possible, we routinely get companies abusing this by requesting samples when they do not intend to go further with an order. We need to ensure as far as we can, that those requesting samples are doing so for a potential purchase rather than to obtain a free sample.
